Chesney's Story

Chesney was originally finished and sold, but then his breeder heard about the conditions he was living in and took him out of that situation. At this time we were looking for a dog for Juniors, as the dogs we did have did not like showing at all. We were contacted by Chesney's breeder to see if we were interested in taking him in, we said "Absolutely!" and he has been with us ever since. The very first time we meet Chesney he was underweight and had an abused mindset (before he was forced to be in a crate for over 20 hours a day). Through persistent working with him, his happy personality began to shine through!

Chesney shortly became our Juniors dog and since we have been to Westminster and have ranked in the AKC Juniors for the Collie Breed in "Top 10" four years in a row.

Chesney has had multiple health scares and due to this, we put him under a travel ban in 2020. Since then Chesney has been living his best life and can be caught sleeping in until 12 p.m.

We will also forever thank Chesney's breeder for getting him out of his previous situation and contacting us.
